general

• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• Prices listed are subject to change depending on complexity.
• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes that affect ongoing commissions.
• Please provide clear references and descriptions to avoid miscommunication.

payments

• All payments are upfront.
• Commissions must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed upon.

revisions

• Minor revisions (such as small color adjustments or detail fixes) are included during the sketch/early stages.
• Major revisions (such as posing, composition, or outfit changes) may require an additional fee.
• Once the artwork is completed, only small adjustments will be allowed.

deadlines and delivery

• Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current schedule.
• Estimated delivery times will be communicated before starting.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Final files will be delivered through VGen unless otherwise agreed upon.

use

• Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
• You may use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, overlays, etc., with proper credit.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove watermarks/signatures, or use it in AI datasets.

intellectual property rights

• I retain full rights to the artwork and may post it in my portfolio or social media.
• If you prefer the work to remain private (not posted), an additional fee may apply.
• Commercial rights (merchandise, monetized content, promotional use, etc.) require a commercial license purchase.

refunds

• Refunds are only available if I have not yet started the commission.
• Partial refunds may be given if the commission is in progress but not finished.
• No refunds will be given once the final product has been delivered.
• Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.

communication

• All communication regarding commissions should stay within VGen for clarity and record-keeping.
• Please respond within a reasonable time frame to avoid delays.
• If I do not hear back within 7 days, I may pause or cancel the commission.
